As a rule of thumb, its safe to start at 36 lands and then adjust up or down based on your personal preferences and the curve of your deck
There are two included difficulty modes, plenty of rewarding side-quests, and even day and night cycles
With enough mana, you can get two 6/6 wurm tokens, and its very good with a populate commander like Ghired, Conclave Exile

Much like Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, Gishath allows you to put any number of Dinosaur creature cards onto the battlefield, but, improving on the formers ability, you can dig through the top X cards of your library to get them (based on the amount of combat damage it dealt)
I tend to put it in every deck that I can, but I appear to be out of step with the rest of the EDH community (at least as it is represented by r/EDH)
