That tracks with the 28% estimate I came up with three years ago when MH2 came out

While Spider-Punk is on the battlefield, spells and abilities can still be the target of another spell or ability that would normally counter them, but they won't be countered as that spell or ability resolves

They were pretty foolish without the extra 3 cost although it didn't make all of them playable as it could be quite hard to draft around some of the narrower conditions

You just need to play a strategy that doesnt care about attacking or casting spells on the extra turn
