Unlike the first contest, the second one only gave out 15 copies of each winning card
Plus, some decks just want critical mass of these effects
If everyone simply buys a fake $5 Teferi, Hero of Dominaria instead of a real Teferi, Hero of Dominaria (or a booster box to try to open a copy), this would be a massive hit on Wizards ' bottom line
