Navy, red, beige and cream patterned finely woven wool, not itchy, in a stripe pattern to the top and a plaid design to the hem. Sewn in pleats to the hip which creates a dominant navy design to one side and a lighter blue to the other. Side metal two sided zipper and button to the waistband.
