Overall, it looks like a very good card that can fit in both tempo decks and bounce decks, so I think it definitely sees play
A fun concept could be to allow dual-Ink cards in any deck that uses at least one of its colors instead of both, bringing some of the interesting Disney Lorcana card ideas from one color to a different color combination
