I'm not sure if it's the best sword for a single-sword deck or Cube, but it does seem like it's worth trying out, and I'm curious if it will find a home in Standard, especially with all of the "equipment matters" cards
Its an unfortunate piece of game design, though I cant immediate see what Hudson Soft couldve done to fix it other than give you a better deck out of the gate and / or implement consolation prizes, as this is arguably an issue with the TCG itself
