The goal of this deck is to stall as long as possible with high DEF monsters until you have either 1 or 2 cards left in your deck and can Tribute Summon both copies of "Spice the Elite Noodle Ninja" in the same turn, or 1 card in your deck and 1 Spice in your hand
Double-Sleeve Friendly: Pockets deep enough to take your double-sleeved Gengars without bending
I wasn't able to track down a specific issue where this panel appears (please let me know in the comments if you do!) but there's a good chance it's from Maximum Carnage, a big storyline that spanned through all the ongoing Spider-Man comics in 1993, and saw Carnage do what he does best, spread death and havoc, this time with a makeshift "family" of superpowered maniacs
It also helps you to go on the offensive with the wolves your opponents give you or others you may have around
